As a small business owner and experienced public servant, David has served in a wide range of leadership roles at the local and state level, including on the Chamber of Commerce, School Board, City Council, County Commission, State Representative, State Senator, and other boards and elected positions. These roles have given him real-world experience solving problems, balancing budgets, and advocating for working families and their employers.

She then built a high-tech industry career at Intel Corporation in finance and purchasing administration, supporting multi-million-dollar budgets, establishing a global communications team, and managing a team of financial analysts and buyers

David Russ is a proven leader, small business owner, and former Mayor of Dundee who has spent decades building businesses, managing complex projects, and serving his community. From upgrading Dundee’s infrastructure and public safety systems to supporting economic growth and responsible development, David Russ has focused on practical solutions that improve everyday life for Oregonians. With experience ranging from business leadership and contract negotiations to technology and community service, David Russ brings a results-driven, people-first approach grounded in integrity, accountability, and real-world experience
